Get to know Cody

My name is Cody Linski, I was born and raised in Cranbrook. I came out in 2015, one of the scariest moments in my life but was very fortunate to have tremendous support and love from family and friends which made the coming out experience positive. I love living in Cranbrook as our area and the East Kootenays in general offer many outdoor activities. I spend most of my summer days mountain biking, hiking, camping, and having lazy lake days with friends and family. In the winter I love a morning cross-country ski and watching the sun come up over the beautiful mountains. In 2015 I met my husband Todd Linski and experienced a type of love that I never thought I would. Two years later I asked Todd to marry me and every day since I continue to fall more in love with this man. I have spent 8 years working in addictions and mental health as a support worker but in 2022 I decided to go back to school and obtain my Bachelor of Social Work.
