About the Show
Presented by Stages School of Dance
Join us in celebrating the festive season with our production of the holiday classic, The Nutcracker.
Our team at Stages School of Dance is excited to collaborate with dancers of all ages and from six dance studios across the Kootenays to present a magical, timeless tale. Welcome to a night of fanciful parties, flowers, rats, snow, sweets, nutcrackers, and of course, the timeless magic of Tchaikovsky’s masterful score.
The Nutcracker is a production put together entirely by volunteers at Stages School of Dance. There is zero cost to all of our participants. Everything from costumes to choreography is provided to any dancer who wishes to join at no cost. It is an incredible way to celebrate dance, arts, and the joy of the holiday season as a community.
Please join us to support our community’s incredible artists, young and old alike, and share the magic of the season with us.
