Don Ross is one of Canada’s great fingerstyle guitar players.
He is the only artist to win the U.S. National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship twice, and his playing has influenced a generation of acoustic guitarists. His music pulls from folk, jazz, blues, classical, and what he calls “heavy wood,” with percussive grooves and melodies that feel far huge.
Julie Malia, also known as Jule Malischke, brings her own world of guitar, voice, songwriting, and European concert experience into the mix. Together, they’ve been touring as a double bill and duo since 2023, with performances across Germany, the UK, Canada, and the U.S.
