Entering and Moving Through the Theatre
Entry and Elevator Access
The main entrance to Key City Theatre provides barrier-free access. An elevator connects the theatre’s public levels, including the upper lobby and Art Gallery. Our staff and volunteers are available to help patrons find their way through the building. If you would like assistance when you arrive, please let a member of the Front of House team know.
Accessible Parking
Designated accessible parking stalls are available in the parking lot beside the theatre. Additional accessible parking is available on 14th Avenue directly in front of the main entrance.

Designated wheelchair seating is available for performances in the Main Auditorium.
Please contact the Box Office before purchasing tickets online so that we can help select an appropriate location and arrange nearby seating for companions. If tickets have already been purchased, contact us and we will help make the necessary arrangements.
Hearing, Sensory and Washroom Support
Hearing Assistance
Hearing-assist devices are available free of charge from the Box Office. Patrons are welcome to request one in advance or ask for one when they arrive. Our team can explain how the device works and help patrons get set up before the performance begins.
Sensory Supports and Relaxed Performances
Free hearing-protection earmuffs for children are available from the Box Office. They can be helpful during performances that are loud or overwhelming for sensitive ears. Selected productions may also offer relaxed performances designed to provide a more flexible and welcoming theatre experience. When available, relaxed performances will be identified on the event page.
Accessible Washrooms
Gender-neutral, accessible washrooms are available at Key City Theatre. A staff member or volunteer can direct patrons to the nearest washroom.
